Forthcoming Subjects

Members and associates of the Centre for Employment and Labour Relations Law, together with international visiting scholars, are responsible for teaching all subjects in the graduate program in labour relations law. 

Most subjects are offered on an intensive basis, allowing busy practitioners, as well as interstate and international visitors, to participate. The subjects in the graduate program in labour relations law cover issues relating to the regulation of working relationships and conditions, enterprise bargaining, discrimination and health and safety.
